As such, there may be slight imperfections or inconsistencies in the leather and colour. This is not considered a defect but rather part of the character and authenticity of your beautiful, one of a kind piece. However, if your item is faulty on arrival, or should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
The product quality is amazing but the advertising is misleading as it arrived without any filling and the ability to fill it is very hard
