Peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day. Mother's/Father's Day and sale periods may also cause further dispatch delay. We offer eParcel delivery service provided by Australia Post, which includes parcel tracking and signature upon delivery. For peace of mind, Fragrance Heaven offers full transit insurance in the event of transit damage/loss. This service is charged at an Australia-wide flat rate of $7.95 per order (which means the charge for sending a single item would be the same charge as sending an order with multiple items).
