All Purpose Boot
The DARCO MedSurg Shoe is designed to provide the foot with solid protection and easily accommodate bulky bandages. It features a square-toe design to provide added protection for the toes. The sole has a metal shank design that supports the metatarsal region when walking. The DARCO MedSurg Shoe has a hook and loop closure across the front, which can fit up to a 17-inch circumference from large bandages and dressing. It also eliminates any added pressure caused by more traditional D-ring closures that can irritate the forefoot area.
Very aggressive tread at the midfoot provides superior traction. The reduced-friction tread at the toe and heel helps accommodate toe drag and scuff, minimizing the risk of accidental tripping. The elastic strap around the front of the ankle prevents the product from slipping off the heel. The DARCO MedSurg has a rocker bottom sole designed to reduce pressure on the bottom surface of your foot by up to 25% for a more comfortable walking experience.

Instructions for use
The DARCO® healing shoe provides stabilization, shock absorption, and pressure off-loading after foot surgery. The shoe fits right and left equally.
1. Open the shoe by means of the closures.
2. Please ensure that the foot is properly positioned in the shoe.
3. Secure the foot in the shoe with the closures.
Handling time:
After you place your order, it usually only takes us only 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order and get it picked up by the relevant courier.
Delivery times:
Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout.

Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks), and some hygiene related products (e.g. cold therapy units). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
