The product itself is fabulous - just as I dreamed it would be. But the interim service was woeful. Your staff are consistently not reading their emails.. If they asked a question and I answered it, they would ask the same question or give me the same instruction over and over. Sui Li was the only person who made any sense and who gave me the satifaction I needed. I am sorry. but I would not be buying anything else from the same source, neither would I recommend to others.
