Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag - Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.
If the item is not returned in its original sale condition CyclingDeal can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
CyclingDeal will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
CyclingDeal does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order.
