1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and may have to ship some off directly from our supplier if we have run out of stock.
IS YOUR PARCEL RUNNING LATE?
If you have a tracking number please contact the courier or Australia Post to find out what the delay is, we don't deliver the items ourselves, therefore you will need to follow up with the appropriate delivery company. After the parcel has been picked up from us its out of our hands.
We have a a range of our products available for pick up from our Melbourne location, this is by appointment only and is subject to stock availability at our Melbourne warehouse.
2. Shipping Costs
We do not charge shipping costs, shipping is free Australia wide.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for approximately 2 - 7 business days. After the parcel has been picked up from our warehouse, it is out of our hands and unfortunately we cannot control the speed of shipping. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us if the parcel is out of the delivery timeframe stated.
Large parcels are sent via courier and do not have an express post option, if you do select express post we will prioritise your order.
3.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier.
3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received. We try to ship all our products off as soon as possible, unfortunately some may take longer than others due to a high volume of orders at the time, please bear with us, we will let you know as soon as it has been shipped.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouses will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are only able to change the address within 24 hours of purchase.
3.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Wild Auto Parts will ship to P.O. box addresses.
3.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock or issue you a full refund.
3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can look into it.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Some items may not have tracking numbers due to the size of the item or the courier.
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please contact the delivery company for compensation (this is what we have been informed to do by Australia Post and courier companies).
6. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is included in website pricing.
7 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are UNABLE to accept cancellations after the order has been placed, if you need to cancel the order please contact us and we will endeavour to cancel it for you if we can.
9. Process for parcel lost in-transit
Please contact the delivery company if your parcel is delayed or lost.

For all customer service enquiries, please submit an enquiry through the contact us section on our website.
All our products come with a 1 year guarantee for any faults with the items. Manufacturer's may provide a further warranty period which will be stated on product listings.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect purchases. So please make sure you are buying the correct part for your car. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly purchased products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must either be defective or faulty. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact the courier or Australia Post immediately if you feel the item has been damaged during transit. If you receive the wrong item or it is defective please contact us, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
