All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast QLD warehouse. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding major holidays). Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to re-direct deliveries. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Not to stress if something happens with your order in transit or you simply change your mind. If your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily provide you with a full replacement. Unfortunately, this does happen on occasion (no matter how much bubble wrap we use) but accidents in transit does sometimes happen and that's ok. Simply contact us for assistance.
