Returns

Sometimes products need to be returned due to faults or other reasons. Please read the below information regarding our returns policy.

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the goods to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unmarked and in original condition with original instructions and packaging.
