If you discover a manufacturing fault within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide one of the following options: exchange the item if it is currently in stock, repair the item if stock is unavailable, or offer a refund. After 30 days, any faults or issues will be handled according to our warranty policy guidelines. Please contact us to troubleshoot or arrange a product return.
Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a change of mind, or if the product is significantly different from what was shown or described to you, or if it does not perform as expected based on our claims, you have the following options: refund, repair, or exchange. To qualify, the product must be returned to us within 30 days, with all packaging and accessories intact, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be imposed for change-of-mind refunds, except in cases where the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in which case you will be eligible for a full refund.
Warranty Policy:
Our warranty covers parts that are defective in material and/or workmanship. It does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification. If you have a product that is still under warranty and experiencing a defect or fault, please contact us for troubleshooting assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, we can arrange a product return. Please contact us to initiate the process and obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please contact us to obtain an RA number and detailed return instructions. Please note that any returns sent back to us without a valid RA number will be rejected.
Postage Charges:
For faulty items, we will cover the postage charges. When you contact us to obtain your RA number, we will provide a return label for your convenience. However, for items returned due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for all postage charges. We recommend using registered insured post for all returns, as Orderun will not be held liable for any lost products during transit.
