Returns Policy (Change of Mind & Non-Faulty Items)
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change-of-mind purchases.
Incorrect orders, including selecting the wrong size, type, or version.
Finding the same product at a lower price elsewhere.
Items damaged due to misuse.
Personal preferences, including scent performance or suitability.
Packaging variations include design updates, code deactivation, and when manufacturers supply unboxed or unsealed items.
Returns must comply with our policy timeframes. Any returns sent outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.
Warranty Policy (Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Items)
You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) if you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective product.
What Qualifies for a Warranty Claim?
Products that arrive damaged or faulty.
Items that develop a defect through normal use within a reasonable time.
Any manufacturing fault that affects product performance.
What You Need to Do
Contact our customer service team with your order details, a description, and clear photos or videos of the fault or damage. This must include pictures of the damage and the invoice card in every delivery we send.
We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund in line with ACCC guidelines.
Important Notes
We impose time limits on reporting faulty or DOA items. We will assist you if the issue is reasonable and falls within warranty coverage. We will not refund an item once it is 10 days or more since the product has been delivered.
If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only. Store credits or gift cards will not be issued as refunds.
Sale items are not excluded from warranty coverage—faulty items are eligible for a remedy regardless of purchase price.
