Shipping Details

All our products are shipped nationwide, but some remote islands may have shipment limitation which can be confirmed at the time of order processing. If we are unable to ship your product to your delivery address, we will contact you provide alternation address else we will cancel your order and issue full refund of your payment.

Note: Majority of the orders cannot be shipped via Australia Post as they only accept rolls or parcels less than 105cm. So please provide your Street Delivery address while placing your order to avoid delays in processing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 5-10 business days

This product comes with 6 Month Warranty on manufacturing quality, such as weaving, backing and colour fastness, but does not cover any colour variation or quality issues that may arise because of normal wear and tear or due to any treatment applied on rug.
 
Please note that yarn shedding in wool rug is natural property of the wool and is NOT CONSIDERED as manufacturing defect or poor rug quality. 
 

We do offer 15 Days Return Policy for all 'Change of Mind' Returns with no questions asked, but due to health regulations we cannot offer exchange or refund for used rug. So if you did not like the rug texture, colour, material, feel, wool shedding or any other concern with the rug, please notify us as soon as you have received and explored the rug so that return can be organized. In the meantime kindly roll the rug and keep it ready for collection.

Note: For all Change of Mind returns both way freight charges will be deducted from the total purchase price and balance will be refunded.
