We offer change of mind returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Under the 30 day change of mind returns policy, we will happily accept a return of your item within 30 days after purchase of that item, provided the item:

is not exempt from 30 day change of mind returns (see below);
is returned to the Healthyworld Online Seller still in its unopened, original packaging with seals intact (where applicable), unused, and in a saleable condition, with all accessories included.Â
has not been worn or used.

Once your item has been returned to the Healthyworld Online and provided that your item meets the above conditions for the 30 day Change of Mind Returns, you will receive a refund for the item. Please note your refund will exclude the cost of any shipping fees you paid at the time of placing the order.

Items exempt from 30 day change of mind returns

We cannot process a return or provide a refund for any of the following items (unless that item is faulty):
cosmetics & beauty items (e.g. skin-care, hair-care, bath & body, makeup, nail care items);
personal care items (e.g. underwear & intimates, electric toothbrushes, shaving & hair removal, pierced jewellery);
any items classified as being a dangerous or prohibited item by Australia Post (eg. flammable liquids such as nail polish or perfume, soft drink makers)
big and bulky items (with a gross weight greater than 22kg, shipping length greater than 105cm and shipping dimensions greater than 0.25 cubic metres);
items that are advertised on their item listing as not eligible for change-of-mind returns (as approved by Everyday Rewards Shop).

What if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Items sold on the Healthyworld Online come with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law:

For major failures with goods or services, you are entitled to a refund or replacement
For minor failures with goods or services, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If the good is not rectified in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
If an incorrect item is received, you are entitled to a refund
You may also be entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.Â
 We will only refund the shipping fee (paid by you for Healthyworld Online items at the time of purchase of those items) if all Healthyworld Online items purchased by you at that time are faulty/incorrect items. This shipping fee is not refundable if the return is for change of mind (and the item is not faulty) or if all Healthyworld Online items purchased by you at the time you placed your order are not faulty.
