Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your purchase — however, we ask that you choose carefully, as we do not offer change of mind returns or refunds for both online and in-store purchases.
If you purchased the incorrect item and wish to return it, the following conditions apply:
The item must be in saleable condition — unused, unopened, in original packaging, and as sold
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
Return postage is the customer's responsibility
An $8 handling fee will be deducted from your refund
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit
Note: Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is faulty.
Warranty Claims
Most of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturer faults.
Some products may have a different warranty period — please refer to the individual product listing for specific details.
If you experience an issue with your item, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to initiate a warranty claim. We are committed to providing a reasonable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law — which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
What to Do if Your Item is Damaged or Faulty
If your product arrives damaged or becomes faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include the following in one clear photo:

⚠️ There is no time limit for reporting faulty or damaged items. We will assist with valid product issues at any time, in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Allergic Reactions
If you've experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products:
Stop using the product immediately
Take a photo of the reaction
Provide a doctor’s certificate confirming the symptoms
The product must be less than 10% used upon return
Once returned and assessed, we will issue a refund or exchange where appropriate.
Other Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Delivery delays are not considered valid grounds for a refund of either the item or shipping fees
We are not liable for return items until they reach our warehouse — please use tracked and insured shipping where possible
Additional fees may apply if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above
