Directions

Dosage: Adults and children over 6 years: Use 10mL (10mL mark on cap) once daily or as directed by a dental health professional, preferably at bedtime after thoroughly brushing the teeth.Rinse vigorously around the mouth and between teeth for one minute, then spit out.
