The Wiser IR Converter controls TVs, split air conditioners and HiFi systems via the Wiser by SE app using infrared (IR) technology. It can be mounted on the ceiling or placed on a tabletop.
A Clipsal Wiser Smart Home lets you personalise your home to fit your needs and manage it with one simple app. It’s a simple solution that can be easily integrated into any home, old or new.
All Wiser Smart Home products are compatible with most of Clipsal’s existing wiring devices, including the Iconic switch range, making design and function upgrade simple and seamless.
With Google Home or Amazon Echo, you can also control your Clipsal Wiser Smart Home with voice commands. Control your home the way it suits you.

Using the IR extension cable

• The device supports IR extension cables (3 sockets). When the Wiser IR Converter is installed in a closed cabinet, use up to 3 IR extension cables to route the infrared signals to the IR-controlled devices.
• It is recommended to use Schneider Electric 8050LD or 8050/2LD IR extension cables. Other brands of IR extension cable with a 3.5 mm mono mini-plug can also be used. However, the performance cannot be guaranteed.
