Our Krafters Korner clear cellophane bags feature a gusset edge as well as silver twist ties to close the bag in a visually appealing way. They come with Thank-You stickers that can be attached to the gift bag for an extra special touch.

They are a great way to package and display baked goods such as cookies and candy and can also be used to package gifts such as jewellery, soap and much more.

Shipping Details

HANDLING TIME

We aim to pick and pack all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday- Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed from the next business day. You’ll receive an email when we have shipped your order, or for pick-up, when it is ready to be collected.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Home Delivery orders will be sent to street addresses only, we DO NOT deliver internationally or to PO Boxes, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia.

 

DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL

We use a wide range of distribution channel to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. All home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Fastway, Interparcel, Temando or E-go. In all circumstances, once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and URL link to the relevant carrier to track your order

 

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or that the parcel has been re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be your responsibility to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange for re-delivery at your own expense.

Unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within thirty days of purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items);
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate);
  • Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of used will be rejected and returned;
  • The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only;
  • Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
