A beautiful mix of Green tea, Dandelion leaf, Peppermint, Calendula, Nettle & Varigated Thistle seed that all just work together so amazingly well. A special blend of ingredients specifically designed to cleanse and restore.
Due to the green tea component, this tea does contain a small amount of caffeine.

We'd actually recommend bringing this one to a boil of 80 degrees as it contains green tea and a few other delicate ingredients. Steeping time of 2-3 minutes is recommended but feel free to go stronger!
