Troubleshooting:

1.Can't be powered on after fully charged?---Please remove the back cover to unplug the battery and plug it back in, and then it will work properly;

2.The power indicator does not light ---Check if the adapter and cable are working；

3.NO beeping sound when turning OFF the receiver---Check to ensure the receiver isn’t muted；

4.The receiver has no sound, even when paired---Please check if the receiver is muted. Click the volume button to adjust the volume of receiver；

Note:

1.If you buy this system as a set, it was paired before leaving the factory. You can turn the unit ON and charge it, then use it immediately；If you buy extra CALL buttons or receivers, you need to pair the new units with your original units.

2.Please check if the receiver is muted; the receiver doesn’t ring when muted;

3. Please turn ON the receiver when you get them; the receiver was turned off before it left the factory;

4. Only receivers equipped with adapter and cable; use the provided adapter and cable with the CALL button;
