Our New Base Boards are designed to use inside our range of Christmas Tree Storage Bags to provide structure and support. Base Boards are ideal to place into bottom of Tree Bags, giving your bag a solid base. Base Boards can also be used inside bag as side supports to keep the contents of your bag in a square shape, ideal when trying to get your packed Tree Bag stored in a small space. Base Boards are a fold out design and will provide some structure based around the contents of your bag. They are loosely placed inside Tree Bags, so will move based on how bag is packed.
Available in 2 sizes to suit size of Tree Bag, either regular Tree Bag 130cm or Tree Bag on Wheels 150cm. Each size available in Red or Black, both have Grey trim to match our Tree Bags.
Base boards suitable for any bag with base size 130cm x 40cm. Tree Bag purchased separately.

Orders are generally packed and shipped SAME business day and always within 1 business day.

Metro: 1-4 business days
Regional: 1-6 business days
Delivery of large items not available to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Original actual cost of shipping parcel/item to you is deducted from your refund (regardless of any free shipping offers)
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
Restocking Fees may apply
Christmas Trees only have a 7 Day return policy during December.
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
