Chipsi 1kg is 100% bio-degradable and compostable and great for optimal for guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, mice and rats. Chipsi Classic 1kg is virtually dust free and blinds unpleasant owners providing your pet with a pleasant environment to live in.

Returns & Replacements

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we will take it back and refund you the full amount you paid for the item within 30 days of when you received it – so long as it is unopened and still in resalable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded & Return Postage will be on you.

We do our best to make sure everything is posted out in a way to minimize damage, but sadly sometimes things do go wrong. If a product does arrived damages, please email us a photo of it. We will either send a replacement or give you a replied paid address to send it back and we will give you a full refund including postage costs you would have paid.
