All our children’s chairs are designed, built, and painted with love, skill, dedication, and genuine pride by hand by a small artisan’s community located in Northern Thailand.

Our local artisans give of their time, expertise, and skill to each item whether it is a large piece of furniture or a small stool, this ethic flows through all our products and that can only be achieved from handicraft products.
After a thorough quality control process by our onsite team, they are imported into Australia by Funyards Australia - a 100% family-owned company based in Blue Mountains NSW

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below: Metro: 1-4 business days Regional: 1-6 business days No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The below costs may apply if items are returned after 30 days
If items are returned AFTER 30 days then we charge a fee based on the cost to have items cleaned, repacked, restocked back into our warehouse and resealed back into plastic wrapping and cardboard boxes and checked that there is no damage. This cost may be up to $100 an dis dependent on number of items that need to be cleaned and resealed and repacked
Any furniture returns will also incur a cost of no greater than $89 to courier to our Warehouse and restock into the system-these costs may change and are at the discretion of the seller Funyards Australia Pty Ltd
These costs DO not apply for any items returned within the 30 days return window period
