Use & Care:

Chasseur Escoffier is made of tri-ply material with copper on the external surface. As with all copper cookware, it requires special care to maintain its lovely finish.
When a stainless steel or copper pan is heated too quickly - the outer, and sometimes the inner surfaces - oxidise due to the rapid heat used. This type of discolouration is known as heat tinting. Heat tinting will present itself as a blue, brown or rainbow hue. A good quality stainless cleaner will bring this back to its original shine.
It is not recommended to clean copper cookware in the dishwasher to maintain its beautiful finish.
A spotted white film may form on inner surface of the cookware - which is caused by minerals in water or starch from food. This can be removed by rubbing with a sponge dipped in lemon juice or vinegar

Returns Policy

1. You changed your mind

We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. Please check the listing first, and if returns are accepted, then you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them back.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

2. You received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
Please note that it is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and promptly notify us of any damage. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your order.
Please take photographs of the damage and send us an email so we can report it to our insurer, carrier and fulfillment team.
