The Cat Mate C500 will serve up to 5 meals, one initial feed and four further timed feeds when you are away - during the day, evening or over the weekend. Suitable for feeding both wet and dry foods, the twin ice packs and close fitting lid help keep food fresh. Just program the easy to use digital timer to the required meal times. Once set, all programmed feeds are visible on the LCD display.
The five large food compartments each hold ¾ lb. of food - enough for two cats or a small dog.
Requires 3 x AA batteries (not included) which will give over 12 months operation.
Designed to be tamper resistant to pets, the C500 may be easily fastened to a wooden board for extra stability, if required.

Petacular Return & Refund Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper handling and resale.
For health and safety reasons, several types of pet products are exempt from returns:
Perishable goods: Pet food, treats, and supplements cannot be returned.
Sanitary products: Pet grooming tools (brushes, combs, etc.), hygiene products, and bedding.
Personalized or custom-made items: Products customized for your pet.
Hazardous materials: Any items containing flammable liquids or other hazardous substances.
If your item does not fall into these categories and meets the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Books or pet training guides with obvious signs of use.
Opened media items such as CDs, DVDs, software, or video games.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If your item does not fall into these categories and meets the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card. The completion of this transaction will depend on the processing time set by the payment company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer care team.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact our customer care team for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
