Change of Mind

Change of mind returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 7 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Change of mind return or exchanging, the goods must be in unused conditions and original packaging.

All products must be returned in original conditions and packaging. Warranty Policy:

All products purchased from us include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 6- 12 months warranty. Arrival damages or missing parts need to be reported as soon as possible from the delivery date. You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damages in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed or any physical damages. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers and take reasonable care of the product.
