How to Use the Dog Nail Grinder Correctly


Step 1: Introduce the Grinder Turn on the grinder and accustom your dog to the sound and smell, to avoid scaring your dogs. Once your dog get used to it, the grindering work will be easy.	Step 2: Apply the Grinder Make sure dog is ready and hold dog toe with your index finger and thumb. Do not squeeze the toe, but hold it firmly. Then choose the appropriately sized port and speed. Carefully place the grinder onto the nail your with the other hand.	Step 3: Reward for Every Success Give your pet its favorite snack as a reward for every success to build a connection between nail grinding and reward.	Step 4: Clean the Grinder After grinding, remove the wheel cover and gently clean the grinder wheel and surface of body with wet paper or cloth to remove the nail powder, to keep the grinding wheel sharp.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

We use multiple couriers to get the best possible delivery times. Most parcels will be sent with AU post however depending on the location we may also use Sendle.
Most items will arrive in 3-10 working days AU wide. In the rare instance that a delivery takes longer than this, please contact us to work out a solution.

We accept delivery to PO Boxes and parcel collect addresses.

Simply return your item for any reason, in brand new and unused/sealed condition - exactly as received with the retail box and all tags in tact and we will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price less the advertised restocking fee*.

If however there is any fault with the item, it will be inspected upon receipt and a full refund will be issued including the return postage. You can be sure that if the item is faulty you are fully covered and will not be out of pocket for any postage costs.
