Shipping Costs:
Our shipping costs vary depending on the size and type of the item(s) you order. The following shipping rates apply:
Smaller Items (e.g., decor, small furnishings): Ships from $20.
Medium-Sized Items (e.g., side tables): Ships from $80.
Larger Items (e.g., large furniture pieces like coffee tables): Ships from $150 to $200.
Oversized Items (e.g., entertainment consoles, teak root console tables): Ships from $350 to $500.
Please Note: Shipping rates for oversized items will be determined based on the delivery location. Once your order is placed, we will get a shipping quote and contact you with the updated shipping cost accordingly.
Shipping Charges and Payment:
In the event that the website does not automatically calculate or charge you for the correct shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the correct shipping charges.
Please note: No products will be dispatched unless the full shipping charges are paid.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Exchange
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. For returns within Australia, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided your return meets the following requirements:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required.
Credit Note is valid for 12 Months
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return, and we do not accept returns on sale items. To initiate a return, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and any other relevant details.
Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund
For receiving the faulty items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be needing the photo of the faulty item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
