Caramelised Fig & Quince Jam

Using quinces with the added texture of dried figs, this rich and warmly spiced jam is superb with soft mould or blue cheeses.

Try with a pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto or of course on your croissant.

Cunliffe & Waters was originally established in 1996 by Amanda Cunliffe with a philosophy to create each batch as if they were making some jars for themselves with a few left over for friends. In keeping with their handmade philosophy and affiliation with Yarra Valley growers, they try to source as much local produce as possible.

Since 2017, Simone and Joshua O'Dea have taken over the kitchens and grown the range from strength to strength. Having worked for Amanda for over 20 years, there was no one better than Simone to continue the philosophy, values and legacy of Cunliffe & Waters.
