Warranty
Dead on Arrivals (DOA) claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days from the date of invoice;
You may be required to perform simple troubleshooting steps and/ or provide evidence to demonstrate the fault before a return can be initiated;
Some vendors prefer to deal with warranty cases directly with end-users; you may be required to contact the vendor directly for warranty claims;
Minimum 12 months warranty on all items from the day of purchase;
If you are a consumer (as that term is defined in the Australian Consumer Law) (Consumer), you are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We will be responsible for the return of your goods. Where we collect goods, you may still be required to assist us with the returns process (such as disassembling assembled items), and we will work with you to ensure this is as smooth and efficient as possible.
Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to the supplier for assessment and/or repair. Where we reasonably determine that the goods are defective, we will provide a remedy in relation to your goods.
We aim to process refunds and replacements within 5 business days of receipt by us of the original product, however, depending on your item and the number of returns in our system, this may take longer.
Returns
Change of mind requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days of receiving the item;
The item(s) must be returned to us in factory-sealed and resell-able condition.
Please be advised that the buyer must pay for return postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition*.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items to prevent Lost in Transit cases.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
*Merchantable condition refers to the item being Brand New
Please only return or post items after obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you change your mind about your purchase and wish for us to arrange for the return of the product.
