Our athletes, customers and colleagues told us they wanted a reservoir that delivered more water per sip, with a foolproof design that made it easy to fill up and hit the trail. The brand new Crux delivers 20% more water per sip, with an ergonomic handle for easier refilling, and an on/off lever that makes it easy to prevent leaks. Like all of our gear, we put the Crux through exhaustive stress tests to make sure that it won't fail you on the trail.

RESERVOIR CLEANING

The best way to care for your reservoir is to clean and dry it after every use, especially if you fill the reservoir with anything other than water. However, if a reservoir has not been cleaned after every use, and mold or discoloration develops:

1. Use hot water and a CamelBak Cleaning Tablet. Or use 2 tablespoons of baking soda or bleach instead of CamelBak Cleaning Tab. Mix the solution inside your reservoir and elevate the reservoir above the tube and Big Bite Valve. Pinch the bite valve, allowing the solution to flow into the drink tube and fill the bite valve.
2. Let the reservoir and cleaning solution sit in the reservoir and drink tube for about 30 minutes.
3. Wash the reservoir with hot water and mild soap. Be sure to completely rinse away the cleaning solution in the reservoir and drink tube before using again. You can also use CamelBak brushes from our Cleaning Kit to scrub your reservoir and drink tube. Brushes are the best way to ensure you are scrubbing all of the areas of the reservoir clean.
4. Once the reservoir is clean, be sure to air dry overnight so no moisture is trapped inside, which can cause mold to grow.
These steps will make your reservoir safe for use. If there are still spots left behind, these are permanent mold stains that may not be removable. However, your reservoir is still safe and usable after you've cleaned it.

To ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us, we offer returns within 80 days from the date of your order. We gladly exchange items for store credit or provide refunds for items that are in new, unused, and original condition. Yes, we do accept returns for sale items. Additionally, you have the option to return your online orders in-store.

We can provide a Wild Earth store credit or a refund, at your request, where the returned item is subject to the following;

The item is returned within 80 days from the date of their original order.

Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.

Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags. 

That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping as we may deny the return or fees will incur.  

When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt or written paper with Tax Invoice Number, contact details & with the reason for the return.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. Bras are exempt from this policy.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

Exchange or credit

We don’t offer "item for item" exchanges as we can’t guarantee stock will be available of the requested item at the time of your exchange.

A store credit allows you to make a purchase through your Wild Earth account, for items which are in stock and gives you access to all of our payment options should your order total exceed your credit amount.

We cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Wild Earth, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. Damage caused by improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty claims. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions. As with all extreme sports, equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation. Such damage to equipment is also not covered under warranty. We will do our best to complete all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer. Please be advised no warranty is guaranteed. All warranty claims are forwarded to manufacturers/suppliers for consideration. Wild Earth will then follow through with the final steps from their decision of action whether to be repaired, credited or replaced.

It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product returned for evaluation is to be in a clean and dry condition. If otherwise Wild Earth will return items to customers address on warranty form.

Wild Earth is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We suggest returns are sent with tracking information to confirm delivery.
