Please do not rely on your manufacturers specifications to determine the correct size cover for your camper trailer. We recommend measuring your camper trailer from the two longest points, not including the A-frame, spare tyres, tool boxes, gas bottles, bike racks, etc. We do not recommend covering these items as it can place undue stress on the cover. The cover is designed to accommodate for rooftop appliances and accessories.

Please find our Payments and Returns policy below. Please note if a product has been used in anyway, we are unable to accept it for return.
Unopened Products
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.
Opened Products
Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.
All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
