Put the scale on hard flat ground in windless conditions.
Press ON/OFF key to start up
When "0" is shown on the LCD, put the goods on the platform to weigh the weight.

All purchase on One Click Shop will be shipped using Star Track service, unless shipping address is an PO BOX or Parcel Locker location, which in that case we will be using Australia Post Service.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

It will be specified that if return item did not follow the return process, we may dispose such returned item at our discretion.

Refunds
