The Buzzrack Pilot is a platform style trunk rack that fits most cars without the need of a towing system. Safely fits 2 bikes without having them moving or touching each other which prevents scratches to the bikes.

FRAME - The geometry of the PILOT frame allows a quick and easy installation on most cars. Solidly built of steel and high impact resistant plastic materials. The geometry keeps the bikes away from the car
QUICK INSTALLATION - Using the plastic hubs, you can adjust, fold or unfold the rack in no time
LOCKING CLAMPS - The clamps are big enough to fit most bike frames. Made of reinforced Nylon, the clamps are highly resistant. An integrated pad prevents scratching the bike paint and allow most brakes cables to go through. Each clamp is equipped with a locking knob
WHEEL SUPPORTS - The wheel holders will accommodate all wheelbases, even very small childrens bikes. The straps allow a secure attachment of the wheels and the pads protect the rims. The straps are long enough to hold the biggest rims
SAFETY - The product is supplied with an additional safety strap that allows to secure the bike
HOOKS - All the hooks have a protective coating that prevent them from damaging the car paint

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post or a wide range of couriers with tracking information. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left with contact information for collection.

ABC Bikes will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, Refunds must be processed back to the original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (ABC Bikes) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

ABC Bikes will happily honor any valid warranty claims. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shippingUpon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect ABC Bikes to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
