Shipping Details

We ship daily from our Perth warehouse and partner warehouses in capital cities around Australia, via various couriers. Orders are typically dispatched same or next business day after receiving the confirmed order.

- Please ensure you provide a street address that is attended weekdays, during business hours. A work/business address is recommended.

- Arranging re-delivery due to unattended premises, or any costs involved in re-delivery or pickup from a courier depot or collection point, is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary greatly, but as a general guide:

via Standard/Road Freight
- Same City is usually 1-2 business days
- Interstate Capital Cities is usually 2-6 business days
- Same State Regional/Remote is usually 2-6 business days
- Interstate Regional/Remote is usually 5-11 business days
- Extremely Remote areas may take up to 2-3 weeks

via Express/Air Freight
- Same City is usually 1-2 business days
- Interstate Capital Cities is usually 1-3 business days
- Same State Regional/Remote is usually 2-4 business days
- Interstate Regional/Remote is usually 3-5 business days
- Extremely Remote areas may take up to 1-3 weeks

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
- We offer warranty against defects on all items for the length of cover required by Australian Consumer Law, which is usually at least 1 year.
- Any warranty periods stated in our product names or descriptions are manufacturer warranty periods, which is separate from your automatic protections under Australian Consumer Law

BUYERS REMORSE RETURNS

In most cases we can accept a return and refund for "change of mind" or "accidentaly ordered the wrong item" within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us, and any original freight costs are not refundable.
The item must be in original, 're-sellable as new' condition (this means brand new, any seals or shrinkwrapping must still be intact, no signs of it being opened or used).
Serial numbers are recorded on a majority of items, this must also match our internal records.
Refund will be via the exact same method you original paid with.
