Please note, product may lightly shed fibres. Always follow care instructions on the label of your rug. Rotate your rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear & tear. Lightly vacuum once or twice a week using the lightest possible setting. Avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug. Vacuum the base of your rug occasionally, as dirt can accumulate here as well. Blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth, do not wipe or scrub, and spot clean with a small amount of gentle detergent and warm water. Shipping Details

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for dispatch. Delivery timeframe depends on your location, estimated to occur within 2 - 10 days. No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide residential or business address at checkout).

Order Cancellation
We may cancel your order in limited circumstances where it is out of stock or damaged, or there is an error in the product listing (including the product price). You may cancel an order after placing it if it has not been processed with our warehouse. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

Change of Mind
We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘as new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item you wish to send back because you have changed your mind.

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a 'Sale' or 'Limited Time Deal' badge) are ineligible for change of mind returns.

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
