Breville BEW820BSS is a versatile cooking appliance that delivers searing heat and incredible cooking results. Hot Wok & Steam has optimally engineered 2400 Watt element with Butterfly heating element evenly distributes heat across the surface and up the sides. The kitchen appliance has several cooking settings like caramelize, simmer, steam, fry and stir-fry with temperatures up to 218oC. It has a powerful 8L wok steamer that is ideal for stir frys, steaming, braising and sauteing. Using the spacious steaming tray, you can steam a 2kg duck, 2-plate sized snappers or 8 BBQ pork buns and about 16 dumplings. The best part is that BEW820BSS appliance is easy to clean. The removable bowl can be popped into a dishwasher and washed with ease by hand. Even the tempered glass lid is dishwasher safe.
