Cautions Note:
Please replace silicon parts every 8-12 weeks depending on use. Make sure to follow cleaning instructions and review your steriliser machine and use correct functions or use hot water after a soapy rinse.
To avoid oxidation after Silicone contact with air, resulting in a yellow colour, it should be stored in time after each use.
To avoid pump motor infiltration into fluid, it is recommended that collector milk capacity not exceed 180ml each time, and 150ml is most appropriate.
On the disinfection issues:
1) Wash with hot water. Clean all parts (except motor assembly and adapter) with hot water and a little detergent, and rinse thoroughly with hot water temperature not exceeding 100 degrees, not more than 5 minutes.
2) Microwave. Place the breast absorber parts in a microwave bag or microwave steriliser and operate according to the manufacturer's instructions.Â

Refund Policy
At The Midwife Mumma, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know:
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order was dispatched. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, but this helps us keep everything running smoothly.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

There are a few situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Photo attachments will assist our returns team to issue you with a RA.
We will send you a return process with a forwarding address. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that $10.95 will be deducted from the refund for initial shipping costs. Express shipping costs paid will not be included in the refund amount.
Faulty Items
If you return an item to check for a fault and no fault is found, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email with images or videos of what the issue is. Most of the time it is a user issue that can be resolved from a few tweaks. Any faulty items within 6 months will be replaced by our team.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is faulty and needs to be exchanged, we will cover the shipping costs. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over $60.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but we will work to make the process as smooth as possible.
Warranty
All items are strictly under 6 months as long as the product hasn’t been dropped or damaged.
Sleepy Guides Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds on guides as it is an instant download and we would really appreciate no sharing of content with other’s who have not paid for the program. So much love has gone into each product so every sale is important for further growth of the brand.
Consults Cancellation Policy
Full refund with more than 24 hours notice. We will refund half if less then 24 hours and nothing if a few hours before. We can always change the time if something happens last minute so just reach out.
