The secret to the Bradley Smoker is the Bradley Smoker Bisquettes. To produce the bisquettes, hardwood smoker chips are bound together using precise quantities, at controlled pressures and densities. The flavour of the smoke is determined by the variety of smoker wood being burned. When smoker wood burns, the smoke flavour is produced in the initial minutes of the burn. Wood smoking chips or sawdust, burnt for too long, impart a distinct after-taste to smoked food. The flavour would also be affected by fluctuating high temperatures, gases and resins. However, with the Bradley flavour Bisquettes, you get perfect results every time you smoke.
It is a popular wood for smoking and is considered by many to be the best wood for pork. Hickory’s strong flavour can be toned down by mixing with oak flavour bisquettes. Hickory’s full rich flavor is excellent for any meat.

Composition:
Bradley Flavour Bisquettes are rendered from the natural hardwoods without additives.Tests held by the British Columbia Institute of Technology have demonstrated that Bradley Flavour Bisquettes produce smoke four times cleaner than smoke produced by identical chippings burnt in a fry pan or burn box.
99.98% natural hardwoods or fruitwoods
0.02% collagen - a natural substance which is used as a binder

DELIVERY NOTE:
- Signature is required at the time of delivery (unless you give us authority to leave the parcel)
- In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken back to the Courier Depot or local Post Office (depending on the service used). You will have 48 hours to pick up the parcel before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
- If an item is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery charges will apply.
- Change of delivery address after the booking has been dispatched will incur a $17 charge.

Warranty Policy

The BBQ Store offers a 12 month warranty on products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
