Orders are packed and sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday (9am-5pm) AEST. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
The address details used for the shipment of your order are the exact details supplied by you at the time of ordering. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays, so it is important to check these details when ordering.
If no one is home for delivery of your purchase, local postal guidelines will apply. In the event of any issues with delivery, please contact your local postal provider for further assistance.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, missed or refused delivery or failing to collect from the post office or collection point, the customer will have the choice of either:
paying for the reshipping of the order or
receiving a refund on the product component of the order minus the shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on full priced items, within 7 days from the delivery date. Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for a refund:
The request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and unopened, be in new and unused condition, undamaged and all tags and labels must be attached to the item.
For hygiene reasons we’re not able to accept returns of worn swimwear.
We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied. If you’re unsure of sizing, please see our Size Guide or email us for assistance.
EXCHANGES
We’re unable to offer exchanges. Instead, all returns are refunded. You can then go and repurchase the correct size/items. This will be a lot quicker as you can order again right now and get your items ASAP instead of waiting for your return to arrive back and then the exchange sent out.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your purchase, less postage costs on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
RETURNING AN ITEM
To return an item, please email us to advise us of your intention to return any items and the reason why. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When we receive the returned items and if your return is accepted, we’ll process a refund for the returned products, minus any postage costs.
We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we’re not liable for returns lost in transit.

FAULTY ITEM
We’re very proud of the fabric, quality and craftsmanship that goes into making each FITNATIC product. However, if there is a manufacturing fault with a garment you have received, please email us with your order number and a photo of your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we’ll send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately if your order is incorrect or if you received the wrong item, that way we can evaluate and correct the issue.
