The original Borner V6 ExclusiveLine is the stainless steel version of our popular Borner V3. The V6 vegetable slicer is particularly convincing due to its extreme longevity, due to the high-quality material made of brushed stainless steel!
Whether thick, thin or wafer-thin slices, fine strips (julienne) or coarse sticks (french fries), there are many possibilities. By cutting the fruit in advance with a knife, you get thick cubes for e.g. soups and stews. The elegant look in brushed stainless steel underlines the functional and modern design of the professional vegetable slicer.

The set consists of the stainless steel frame, a slice insert, the 3.5mm knife insert and 7mm knife insert and the safety insert, which serves on the one hand as a blade protection and on the other hand as an insert for medium slice thicknesses when turning. The scope of delivery also includes the transparent multibox, in which all parts of the V6 stainless steel vegetable cutter can be stored in a space-saving and decorative way.
We always recommend using the supplied Borner safety food holder. A 1.6mm and 10mm knife insert are also available as additional accessories. The safe storage of the slicer and the safety food holder is possible in the appropriate slide box.
