The mandolin not only allows you super easy preparation, but also saves you a lot of time and effort when cooking. With the slice insert, you can slice slices in 4 different thicknesses. Whether for cucumber salad, carpaccio or lemon slices, the right thickness can be set precisely.
You can swap trays by simply pressing the button on the side of the slicer. The 3.5mm and 7mm knife inserts allow you to cut fine cubes and strips of different thicknesses. This cutting setting is perfect for diced onions or the preparation of vegetable pans and raw vegetable salads.
The V5 PowerLine is the only slicer that can slice into cubes without first slicing the vegetables!
The slider box is included in the scope of delivery for practical storage and safe storage. There is space here to safely store both knife inserts. This is how you are protected from injuries.
