Warranty Policy
1 year warranty will apply to all Battery Expert products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise. If the product shows symptoms of operational failure, is defective, or arrives broken (a.k.a. "DOA" or Dead on Arrival), buyers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible with a full and detailed description of the issue.
Battery Expert will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and may offer a repair, replacement, or full/partial refund where applicable. If buyers requested to send back defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the returned product back in our warehouse. In such cases, we will cover the return freight charges. Such returned products will become our property and the replacement will be the buyer's property.
Battery Expert is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Buyers should read the instruction and advise given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.
All accessories and bonus gifts (such as carry bags, cables and batteries) are not covered by the warranty.
Returns Policy
We also accept return for refund if customers change mind. Customers have to return the item by their cost within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be processed after we receive the item (postage is not refundable).

What’s Good: - Back seat mats fit perfectly. - Front seat mats also fit perfectly What’s Not: - Boot liner doesn’t sit flat and needs cutting to fit properly. - Kick mats don’t align with the holes, even though the shape is correct. Verdict: Great fit for the seats, but the boot liner and kick mats need adjustments to make it fit. I have the BYD SEALION 6 Dynamic 2024
