Blue Tulle Balloon Tassel Kit. Streamer Balloon Party Decoration

Kit contains 1 blue balloon, tulle, ribbon and paper streamers.
To give a floating effect, balloons are best suspended from the ceiling with ribbon or fishing line (not included).

Instructions for Use:

Inflate balloon with air and tie off.
Carefully unfurl streamers and attach to bottom of balloon with sticky tape (not included).
Wrap balloon with tulle and tie with ribbon provided.
Hang from ceiling/roof to give floating effect.
Balloon can be inflated with helium, but weight of attachments will reduce floating time.
