Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition. If returned goods are not fit for resale, you will be issued with a store credit in lieu of a cash refund.
Where an item is found to be faulty, Discount Party Warehouse will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.
