BLACKROLL® TRIGGER SET

With the TRIGGER SET, you can tackle pain points on many parts of the body by yourself. Use the two attachments on the wall or floor to work on areas of the body that are normally difficult to reach. 

For example the back, calves and buttocks.

If you combine the attachments with the "HANDHELD" handle, you can reach all parts of the body. The handle has an ergonomic design taking pressure off the thumb and fingers when releasing trigger points.

Effective tension release. 

You can use the set for muscle tension and targeted relief of pain points (trigger points). In doing so, the attachments have a similar effect to a physiotherapist's thumb: The flatter TRIGGER is particularly suitable for larger muscle groups. The TRIGGER S has a slightly sharper shape and is, therefore, more intense and specific. 

Universally applicable. 

In combination with the spherical handle, you can trigger areas of the body that are easily reached by hand. Without the handle, you can use the tools on the wall and on the floor.

The tools are easy and effective to use. Due to their small size and weight, you can easily take the TRIGGER SET with you and use it when travelling.

The Shearing method. 

You can use the edges of the trigger attachments for the so-called shearing method. 

This stimulates the fascial structures under the skin (fascia superficialis). 

To do so: Run the edge of the tool with light pressure over your skin and smooth it out. You can also use oil to make the tool glide better over the skin.
