Do you train with fitness bands regularly? Then the HOOK door anchor will be perfect for you.

You can attach it to almost any door making the use of our fitness bands even easier and more versatile. The HOOK was developed to be used with the SUPER BAND, MULTIBAND and RESIST BANDs.

Even if you don't own one of our fitness bands yet, the HOOK will work with your existing ones as well.

Tips for using the door anchor & fitness band

Depending on the exercise, you can attach the HOOK door anchor at different heights. Place the HOOK between the door and the frame, and then close the door.
The integrated MINI FLOW foam roller acts as a stopper.
Place the FLOW on one side of the door, and attach the hook to your training band on the other side.
Always make sure to hook the fitness band with the door anchor in the same direction as the door closes.

As well as a stopper for the door combined when used with the HOOK, you can also use it for the classic fascia massage.

Before training, for example, you can roll out your muscles at a higher speed to activate them. But be sure to treat yourself to a soothing fascia massage after your workout for recovery. Due to its size (15 cm), the MINI FLOW is ideal for self-massage on the soles of the feet, arms and calves.

If you have ordered the wrong product (wrong size or kind):
If you ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us and we can swap it for the correct product, or offer you a refund for the full value of the product. This needs to happen within 30 days of purchase and the product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.

If you have ordered a product but you changed your mind:
You can return it to us and we will refund the full value of the product if you notify us within 10 days from your purchase. The product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.

You received a faulty product or your product has broken down within the warranty period: If your product is faulty when you receive it or it breaks down sooner than expected with normal usage, then please let us know and we will look into it and replace or refund if necessary. If the product falls under warranty and needs to be replaced or returned, then we will cover the expenses for the return shipping. Our products are covered by the standard warranty applicable for all sports and fitness products under Australian law.
