Sizing & Fit
How does the sizing work?
Cheeki thongs are sized in US sizing, available in MEN’S and WOMEN’S categories. The size is indicated in the product description. Orders are based on color and size (e.g., M12 Black = US Men’s Size 12 in Black).
My Cheeki thongs feel tight—is that normal?
Yes, the snug fit is designed for better support and comfort. If they feel too tight, you can gently stretch the straps for a slightly wider fit.

Why arch support?
Traditional thongs are flat and lack support, which can lead to foot pain due to arch collapse. Our thongs feature raised arch support to promote better foot alignment and comfort, making them a healthier choice for everyday wear.
What does “Single Mould” mean?
Unlike traditional thongs with plug-in straps (a.k.a. “double pluggers”), Cheeki thongs are crafted from a single-mould construction, eliminating the risk of strap blowouts and improving durability.
Why is the Cheeki logo not painted?
To enhance longevity and meet demand, we’ve transitioned to a non-painted logo on the strap.
What's the weight of each thong?
Each thongs weights no more than 300gm
Material & Safety
Is the Comfort Foam BPA-free?
Yes! Our Comfort Foam is BPA-free and safe for everyday use.
Is the material hypoallergenic?
Our thongs are made from moulded EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) resin, a
flexible, lightweight material. However, they are not certified hypoallergenic.
Are these made from recycled materials?
No. We use virgin EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) resin instead of recycled EVA because it is significantly more durable and long-lasting.
Hygiene & Antibacterial Properties
What does “antibacterial” mean?
Sweaty feet don’t cause odor—bacteria feeding on sweat do! Our Comfort Foam reduces bacteria growth, preventing foot odor.
Does the antibacterial feature prevent tinea or other foot infections?
No, it only prevents odor-causing bacteria. It does not protect against fungal or bacterial infections.

How should I care for my thongs?

Why can’t the thongs be left in the sun?
Unlike rubber thongs, Cheeki thongs are made from specialised foam. Excessive heat can warp the material, reducing comfort and durability.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The thongs come in a reusable non-woven bag (like shopping bags). You can reuse it or recycle it at your local supermarket’s soft plastics bin.

No, they are not a medical solution but may help ease foot discomfort by providing better arch support.
I wear orthotics. Can I wear Cheeki thongs?
Yes! The raised arch design mimics an orthotic insert, making them a great complement to orthotics (general advice only).
What activities are these thongs suitable for?
Cheeki thongs are designed for casual walking. They should not be worn:
- On wet, slippery, or sharp surfaces
- While driving or operating machinery
- On escalators or moving walkways (risk of injury)
Is there a warranty?
Yes! Cheeki thongs come with a 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

At Tolu Australia, we provide free express delivery to any address within Australia and New Zealand.
Please note, we do not ship to military and restricted areas, or naval ports.
Please select the correct country during checkout for an accurate shipping rate. International deliveries may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and It is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the order. We are legally required to declare the full value of the order and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it. We are unable to estimate these exact charges so we recommend you contact your local customs office to ascertain the duties imposed.
3. Order Status
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you haven't received your item(s) after the estimated time frame please contact our Customer Care Team.
4. Order Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via contacting us for details.
5. Missing or faulty items in your order
We apologise for sending you an incomplete order or if you've had received a defective item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at MyDeal and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases must be made by post. Unwashed and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt. Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase) once the item has been received. As Tolu Australia is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs, however, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ (style, colour, size) returns or exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the item name and order number. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with 60% (or more) price reduction.
