Our authentic Black Square Leather Ottoman Footstool is made entirely by hand by highly skilled leather artisans in Marrakech, using hard wearing yet soft organic goats leather.

With it's clean geometric lines this square ottoman modernises the look of a traditional Moroccan leather ottoman making it perfect for any space: boho, minimal or anywhere in between. In strong black this piece is classic and neutral enough to mix with any decor and colour palette.

The leather is processed naturally without the use of harmful chemicals using techniques dating from medieval times, then hand dyed, hand cut and stitched together with leather piping in small family workshops.

No chemical deodorisers are used in the processing of the leather so the pouf may have a strong smell of leather when new. This will disappear within a few weeks at most.

Our ottomans, pouffes and footstools are genuine handcrafted leather products made in Morocco by artisans using traditional methods. As such, there may be slight imperfections or inconsistencies in the leather and colour. This is not considered a defect but rather part of the character and authenticity of your beautiful, one of a kind piece. However, if your item is faulty on arrival, or should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
