Please note: Though the wheels provide easy manoeuvring, this item has not been designed for rigorous wheeling around.
Shipping Regions: We ship across Australia including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.
Shipping Address: Please provide a shipping address where deliveries can be made Monday to Friday during business hours. We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers.
Order Dispatch: Lirash aims to dispatch all orders within 48-hours. There could be, on occasions, unexpected delays to the dispatch due to courier availability, order backlog, extended processing times etc. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can constantly monitor the status of delivery.
Delivery Information: All deliveries are ‘to the door delivery’. The courier driver will deliver the products as close to your shipping address’s front entrance as possible given the size of the delivery truck and ensuring safe practices. The courier will not take the item(s) to the inside of your shipping address as that is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note if your shipping address is that of a unit/apartment, the courier may not be able to deliver the products beyond the ground floor. It is the responsibility of the customer to collect the item(s) from there and take it to their respective floor.
Please ensure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the delivery, otherwise, there may be delays in re-delivery and potential costs associated with it, that the customer will be liable for. You will be provided with a tracking number, so ensure to track the shipment and organise for someone to be present at the time of delivery.
Upon placing your order, you may be contacted by Lirash, if applicable, asking for your Authority to Leave (ATL) consent on your purchase. With this option enabled, couriers can leave the item boxes at a safe place near the front door or your shipping address, in the event of no-one being present to receive the delivery. Through this, you will avoid any delays with re-delivery and the associated costs with it. Even with this option enabled, you will be provided with a tracking number. Note, ATL is not applicable for all orders.
Tracking Information: You will be provided with tracking information for your order, so you can constantly monitor the status of delivery. Please note, any delivery times/ETA stated in the tracking information is just an estimate. There could be changes to these timeframes due to courier workloads, traffic conditions, backlog of orders and/or other external factors which is completely beyond the control of Lirash.
Post Purchase Changes: Please contact us immediately, should you experience the following events after you place an order:
- You wish to cancel your order.
- There is a change in your shipping address.
- You will be away and there will not be anyone at the shipping address for an extended period.
Note, once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse and then you wish to make the changes listed above, in that event, there may be additional costs associated with it, which the customer will be liable for. This may include bearing the return delivery costs as well as a 15% re-stocking fee.
Delays in Delivery: On some occasions, there are unforeseen delays in the delivery of your order. Since all orders are executed by third-party couriers, these delays are completely beyond our control. If you are still waiting on your delivery after 14 business days, please contact us immediately. We will investigate alongside the third-party courier company regarding the reason for the delay and will try and work out a solution for you.
Please note, a late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. Until an investigation has not been completed by Lirash and/or the third-party courier company about the reason for the late delivery, Lirash will not be liable for any refunds or replacement. If you do cancel the order due to a late delivery and the investigation has not been completed, then Lirash is able to decline your request for a full refund. If you still proceed to cancel the order, then the return delivery fees, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Lirash warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date.
Lirash will only process and is obligated to process a return in accordance with the policies listed below. It is highly recommended that you go through these clauses as it sets out the guidelines for the eligibility of returns. 1.) If your products were damaged in transit: We carry transit insurance to ensure that no financial burden is bestowed on the customer for any damages that they are not related to.
You must inspect the products for any damages upon arrival and notify Lirash as soon as possible.
When claiming for damage in transit, you may be asked to provide photographs of the damage.
2.) Products containing a manufacturing defect: If you detect a manufacturing defect in your order, you must inform Lirash as soon as possible. You will then be asked to provide images or videos identifying the defect.
These images and videos will then be reviewed by our technical team for Lirash to validate and approve your claim of a manufacturing defect. If the claim is not approved, then your return will be processed under the Change of Mind policy and therefore the buyer will bear the return postage and a 15% re-stocking fee.
If your claim is approved, upon availability of stock and at the discretion of Lirash, you will be provided with a replacement, refund and/or other forms of compensation such as partial refunds, partial replacement, or repair services. The resolution is worked out on a case-by-case scenario.
If the product is out of stock, then you may be offered a similar product or a full refund.
3.) Incorrect products delivered to you: Please notify Lirash as soon as possible. We will investigate the problem and provide you with the correct products. The replacement costs and delivery costs will be incurred upon Lirash.
The correct products will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within the normal timeframe.
4.) Products damaged by you: Unfortunately, any products that have been damaged by you, accidentally or otherwise, will not be replaced or refunded by Lirash.
5.) Change of Mind: In the very unlikely situation that you dislike our products and decide to return your item, we will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price, less shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.
It is important for your item to be in its original condition and packaging, to be eligible for a return. To organise a return, simply contact us within 30-days of receiving your item including images of your product in the original packaging and we will be in touch with further details.
Buyer is to bear the return postage for change of mind. Please note, that you may have purchased products from our store with free shipping, however this option will be exempt in times of returns for change of mind. When returning our products, our actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once the returned item(s) are received in the warehouse, it will undergo an assessment by our technical team. If the item(s) are determined to be in an unsellable condition due to considerable damage, then Lirash can apply additional charges beyond the 15% point even up to declining the entire refund.
6.) Conditions of Return: For your item to be eligible for any form of a return (Change of Mind, Incorrect Products Delivered, Item has a Manufacturing Defect and/or Items Damaged in Transit), it must adhere to the following conditions:
i.) The product(s) itself should be in its original condition. This means no marks or signs of wear and tear on the product.
ii.) The item(s) should be packed in its original packaging. If the packaging has been disposed/destroyed or is in a condition where its unable to return to its original state/shape or form, then Lirash is able to decline the request for a return. Therefore, it is recommended that you hold on to the packaging until the product(s) have been inspected and you are completely satisfied with the purchase.
iii.) The return must be lodged to us within the specified timeframes as mentioned above under the respective return clauses (1 – 5). If the return is lodged after the set timeframe, then Lirash can decline the request for a return. Therefore, it is recommended that you open your items as soon as you receive them to avoid surpassing the return timeframe.
