Inspired by the anatomy of the foot, these sandals are not only stylish but they are designed to support the natural walking action of your foot. Its straps are made from smooth oiled leather that is soft on the skin, while its legendary-status cork footbed provides comfort and support like no other. Its adjustable toe loop and cross straps make it easy to wear all day long for a variety of situations.
Natural oiled leathers appear stressed and rustic looking and may have naturally occurring colour irregularities that are deliberately not removed to preserve the natural matte surface.

Change of mind refunds or exchanges for clothing, footwear and accessories will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, unused, and in saleable condition with the original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging, including sealed boxes, plastic bags, and shoe boxes.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Disappointed with the quality after purchasing the same style a few years ago. Thinner straps, lighter weight. For the $$ and the reputation, they should be better made. Probably won’t buy another pair again - will try other brands.
