3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns

Very easy to assemble, quite sturdy. Bikes parked front wheel in as the derailer hits the top bar, but that could just be my small size bikes. Great size fits MTB wheels easy. Recommend, excellent buy
